FreeRTOS+TCP Microchip ENC28J60 driver

I've written a Microchip ENC28J60 driver for FreeRTOS+TCP ver 141019.

I've tested it with a STM32F103 @ 72MHz using HW SPI & DMA, although all you have to do is replace the SPI routines with your own CPU-specific ones.

  I mean - can you show example for stm32f103 with tcp\udp client?

  Hi Victor.

  You need to put the driver files in the FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP\portable\NetworkInterface\[your driver] folder and then include them in your build process.

  Beware though, the driver was written when FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP was early in its infancy and I believe the API may have changed so may need a bit of TLC.
