TI C674x port (for DSP core of OMAP-L138)

I would like to introduce C674x FreeRTOS port.

To run this port I used:

* Code Composer Studio Version: 4.2.0.10017
* TMS320C6000 Code Generation tools v 7.2.6
* FreeRTOS 7.0.1
* Output format : eabi (ELF)
* Const&Data access mode : far
* OMAPL138A on HawkBoard Lite v1.0
* XDS100v2 Emulator

Now It is beta version.
