Makefile GCC for linux (for don't IDE users) and Template whit 3 main exemple code

Hi,

In FreeRTOS 8.0.1 Pack download, there don't have demo for GCC without IDE.
Into this files you have a GCC Linux makefile whitout source and 3 examples of code (1 test of Queue, 1 test of Semaphore/Mutex, 1 test of task running whit commentary). Maybe can will run whit Windows.
