Port for the Freescale MPC860 (compiles and runs with GCC 2.95.2).
The demo application runs several tasks, including the standard 'flash' task. Note that extra initialization of pins may be required, as U-Boot does most of the processor configuration.
The MPC860 is a PowerPCTM architecture-based Quad Integrated Communications Controller
(PowerQUICCTM). The CPU on the MPC860 is the MPC8xx core, a 32-bit microprocessor which
implements the PowerPC architecture, incorporating memory management units (MMUs) and
instruction and data caches.
